Fifth year for the Du Kona Duathlon..fourth year for the Sprint.
This race is on the same course as the other races I direct out at Guthrie lake. Run is semi challenging with a one slight incline coming out of transition. The bike course is three loops (Sprint/Duathlon) Super Sprint Out/Back and provides a certain challenge racing on a mix of inclines at various levels.
New Race Times:
START TIME 9:AM - Check in time will be at 7:00am
You will be able to enter transition "after you check in". Not before.
Swim in a protected cove that shields wind in any direction.
